ROMEO AND JULIET Here’s much to do with hate, but more with love… Shakespeare's heartbreaking tale of forbidden love, tells the explosive story of an intense passion between the son and daughter of sworn enemies. After an innocent meeting that instantly binds their futures together, Romeo and Juliet are thrust into a vortex of murder, deceit and animosity that their love can neither stifle nor survive. Set in a early 20 century Verona, the performance has updated the scenery and the clothing of the cast members while retaining the beautiful flow of language that was indigenous to the late 16th century. Young and Adult audience will benefit from this effort by familiarizing themselves with the great poet and philosopher of past centuries
